Lebap Cement Plant Completes Second Stage of Operation
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov recently attended the commissioning ceremony of the second stage of the Lebap cement plant in the Koytendag etrap. The State News Agency of Turkmenistan reported on this significant event.
The new plant has the capacity to produce 1 million tons of cement annually. Equipped with the latest technology from leading global manufacturers, the facility is committed to environmentally friendly production of this essential building material.
In order to minimize the release of harmful substances during the production process, the plant has implemented powerful filters. Additionally, a laboratory and technical control department has been established to monitor production processes, and there is a dedicated repair shop on-site.
During the construction of the plant, “Türkmen enjam” focused on achieving full automation of all production processes and creating a comfortable and highly productive work environment for plant employees.
This development marks a significant step forward in Turkmenistan’s industrial sector and demonstrates the country’s commitment to sustainable and innovative manufacturing practices.
