He stated, “The minimum net wage for 2025 will be 22,104 lira effective from January 1.” Minister Işıkhan also announced an increase in the state’s minimum wage support from 700 lira to 1000 lira for each minimum wage earner.

According to reports by Milliyet, the SSI premium increased to 3,100.39 TL (from 15.5% to 5% discount) in 2024, climbing to 4,030.73 TL for 2025. The unemployment insurance premium also saw an increase from 2% to 520.09 TL from 400.05 TL in 2024. The total cost for employers for the minimum wage was 23,502.94 TL in 2024, and it will rise to 30,555.53 TL in 2025.
