34 Vehicles Vandalized for Tires; 2 Suspects Arrested
Two individuals were detained after cutting the tires of 34 vehicles parked on the street in Yüreğir district. The incident occurred around 01:00 in Sarıçam District when Feyzullah K. and Alper Ö. were walking on the street and used a knife to slash the tires of parked cars, light commercial vehicles, pickup trucks, and tractors. The suspects then fled the scene, leaving behind a trail of damaged vehicles captured by security cameras.
Residents of the neighborhood discovered the damage to their vehicles in the morning and promptly reported the situation to the police. Yüreğir Police Department teams reviewed security camera footage in the area and were able to identify the perpetrators. Feyzullah K. and Alper Ö. were apprehended during a police raid on their homes, and their interrogations are currently ongoing at the police station.
