Illegal Privatization of Machine-Building Plant Revealed in Kyrgyzstan

A fact of illegal privatization of a machine-building plant in Kyzyl-Kiya city, Batken region has been revealed, according to the press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS).
The plant, which was transferred to private individuals, has now been returned to the state balance thanks to the actions of the SCNS.
With both movable and immovable property, the total area of the territory is 22.89 hectares, with an estimated value of 4,074,650,494 soms.
The SCNS is actively working to detect other cases of illegal privatization and return state-owned facilities to the country’s ownership.
This news highlights the ongoing efforts to combat corruption and ensure that state assets are being properly managed and protected in Kyrgyzstan.
