Samsun Police Department Crackdown on Drug Trafficking in Ilkadim, Bafra, and Canik Districts
In a recent operation conducted by the Samsun Police Department, teams targeted individuals involved in drug trafficking and drug use in the Ilkadim, Bafra, and Canik districts. The crackdown was part of ongoing efforts to combat the spread of drugs in the region.
During the search operation, law enforcement officials were able to seize a significant amount of illegal substances. A total of 79 thousand synthetic pharmaceuticals, 106 grams of bonzai (synthetic cannabinoid), and 10 grams of methamphetamine were confiscated. Additionally, 2 precision scales, 3 drug use apparatus, 1 unlicensed pistol, 1 unlicensed rifle, and 7 pistol cartridges were also found and seized by the authorities.
As a result of the operation, 6 individuals were apprehended by the police. The investigation is still ongoing as authorities work to gather more information and identify any additional individuals involved in illegal drug activities in the area.
