A Taste of Azerbaijan: National Cuisine Showcased in Turkmenistan
The Ashgabat International School hosted the “International Food Festival” on May 4, where the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Turkmenistan showcased the country’s culinary delights. According to the diplomatic mission, attendees were treated to a variety of delicious Azerbaijani dishes and sweets, all carefully prepared to highlight the rich flavors of the nation.
In a designated area within the festival, the Azerbaijan Embassy in Turkmenistan provided information on the national cuisine of Azerbaijan, educating participants on the unique culinary traditions of the region. Additionally, books, brochures, and banners promoting the history, culture, and tourism potential of Azerbaijan were on display and distributed to interested guests.
Visitors to the festival were also able to explore and purchase a range of items related to Azerbaijan, including photo postcards, souvenirs, and handcrafted goods, all of which were well-received by those in attendance.
