TOKI Announces Affordable Housing Projects for Low-Income Citizens
Housing Development Administration, TOKI, continues its efforts to provide affordable housing for low-income citizens. In various cities, many 2+1 and 3+1 apartments are being sold at reasonable prices, making it easier for thousands of people to become homeowners.
TOKI has announced multiple housing projects in provinces such as Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir to cater to the needs of low-income individuals. The latest project unveiled by TOKI is in Ankara, specifically in Beypazarı. The second stage of this project will consist of 428 housing units, with a mix of 2+1 and 3+1 apartments that will be made available for sale through a lottery system.
For those interested in purchasing a 2+1 apartment, the starting price is set at 474,635 Turkish Lira with a repayment period of 120 months. Meanwhile, the 3+1 apartments are priced at 545,856 Turkish Lira with the same repayment plan.
Application dates for this project are scheduled for February 10th to 14th, 2025, with an application fee of 2,000 Turkish Lira. This initiative aims to provide more opportunities for low-income individuals to own their own homes and improve their quality of life.
