Tragic News: Child Dies After Choking on Turkish Delight
In a heartbreaking incident in Emet district, a young boy named Alparslan Erdoğu choked on a piece of Turkish delight at home on February 6th. Despite the best efforts of his family to help him, the sweet treat got stuck in his windpipe.
Alparslan was immediately rushed to the hospital, where he was later transferred to Kütahya Evliya Çelebi Training and Research Hospital due to the life-threatening nature of his condition. Tragically, despite being taken to intensive care, the young boy passed away yesterday evening.
Following the necessary medical procedures, Alparslan’s lifeless body was returned to his family, who then laid him to rest in Emet amidst tears and sorrow from relatives and loved ones.
