Angelina Jolie and Son Enjoy Lunch at Budapest Restaurant

Angelina Jolie Spotted in Budapest’s Dang Muoi Vietnamese Restaurant
Angelina Jolie has been making quite the splash in Budapest recently as she continues shooting her film about renowned opera singer Maria Callas. Most recently, she was spotted dining at a Vietnamese restaurant in the Hungarian capital with her son Pax.
The pair visited the popular Vietnamese soup kitchen, Dang Muoi, situated on Attila Road. Although Jolie tried to keep a low profile by covering her face with large sunglasses, her unmistakable features were still visible. Photos shared on the restaurant’s social media page showed the actress-director and her son enjoying a hearty meal with big smiles on their faces.
The restaurant expressed their shock and pride in having Jolie and her son dining at their establishment on their Facebook page. They refrained from approaching the star for a photo out of respect for her privacy but were thrilled to have her as a guest.
Dang Muoi is known for its speciality Vietnamese soups, with their pho soup and Bún soups being particularly popular among locals. In addition to soups, the restaurant also offers a variety of main courses featuring poultry, beef, and seafood options.
In other celebrity sightings in Budapest, the Liszt Academy’s Symphony Orchestra recently welcomed another high-profile guest in their audience. Cate Blanchett, who is also filming in the Hungarian capital, attended a performance at the Academy of Music. This isn’t the first time the actress has been seen at the music school, having previously bought piano lessons for her role in the film “Tár,” set to be released in 2022.
As Budapest continues to attract A-list celebrities, it’s no surprise that the city’s vibrant culinary and cultural scene is becoming a hotspot for famous personalities. And with Angelina Jolie and Cate Blanchett among the stars enjoying what Budapest has to offer, its status as a cultural capital is only set to grow.
