Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry to Share 5-Year Livestock Action Plan
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry is set to unveil a new 5-year action plan for the livestock sector, which has been prepared in consultation with sector stakeholders and experts in animal husbandry. Minister İbrahim Yumaklı will present the plan to the public tomorrow, highlighting key initiatives aimed at enhancing agricultural production and sustainable development in the livestock industry.
According to sources, the ministry has been working diligently to align its efforts with the goals set for agricultural production, with a specific focus on the livestock sector from both producer and consumer perspectives. The new road map is the result of collaborative efforts with industry stakeholders and experts, signaling a wave of innovations in animal production planning, support models, disease prevention measures, and a comprehensive Breeding Action Plan.
