Turkey’s Central Government Budget Revenues and Expenditures Increase in July

Turkey’s Ministry of Treasury and Finance has announced the budget implementation results for July, revealing that the central government budget revenues were 730 billion 930 million liras, while expenditures reached 827 billion 706 million liras.

Compared to the same month last year, budget revenues in July increased by 44.9 percent, showing significant growth. However, budget expenditures also saw a substantial rise, increasing by 81.6 percent. Despite the growth in revenues, the central government budget still faced a deficit of 96 billion 776 million lira in July and 843 billion 960 million lira in the January to July period.
