Anticipating a Return to Normal Weather and Rising Temperatures

As we approach the middle of April, Türkiye is still experiencing cold weather and unexpected temperature drops in many provinces, leaving many wondering when the weather will return to normal and when temperatures will increase.
Despite a warm and sunny start to April, Türkiye has been hit by a harsh cold wave in the past few days, with temperatures dropping 8 to 12 degrees below seasonal norms. When can we expect the weather to warm up again?
According to meteorological experts, the cold wave in Türkiye resembles winter conditions from late February. However, there is good news for those in Istanbul as temperatures are expected to gradually increase towards the weekend, with temperatures expected to reach 14 degrees and above by next week.
In the east of Central Anatolia, strong rainfall and snow mixed with snow are expected in provinces such as Niğde, Kayseri, and Sivas tomorrow. Meanwhile, in the Eastern Black Sea region, strong rain and snowfall are expected in areas like Tokat, Giresun, Trabzon, and Rize.
While the current weather conditions may be challenging, there is hope on the horizon as temperatures are expected to rise in the coming days. Stay safe and prepared for any weather changes that may come your way.
