Otokar Introduces the Newest Addition to the ARMA Family
ARMA II is the newest member of Otokar’s ARMA multi-wheeled armored combat vehicle family. It is designed to operate actively in different geographical and climatic conditions around the world. Offering the highest level of protection and the highest firepower in its class, ARMA II is ready for duty for all modern armies, especially the Turkish Armed Forces, with its superior terrain capability and modular structure.
Innovative Design and Engineering
ARMA II features a large internal volume and high carrying capacity with the potential for growth to meet future needs. It can operate in different terrain and climate conditions with an armored monocoque body structure that can protect personnel against a wide range of threats. The compact engine and power unit located at the front right of the vehicle offer superior driving comfort and personnel safety. In addition, it provides ergonomic seats protected against mine effects that offer safety and comfort with low operating costs, superior reliability, and a long lifespan.
Local Subsystems and Engine Options
ARMA II places an emphasis on increasing the localization rate and reducing foreign dependency in land systems. With a higher localization rate, it includes the suspension system and transfer box designed and produced by Otokar with its own resources. The vehicle is offered to users with two different engine options, one of which is domestic.

ARMA II is adaptable for different tasks including armored personnel carrier, fire support vehicle, mortar vehicle, air defense vehicle, engineer vehicle, armored vehicle, rescue vehicle, reconnaissance vehicle, driver training vehicle, casualty evacuation vehicle, and command and control vehicle.
Superior Off-Road Performance
The vehicle’s independent hydro-pneumatic suspension, central tire inflation system (CTIS), and ABS brake system give ARMA II superior mobility in difficult terrain conditions. It offers proven mobility in all road and weather conditions with a high-power/weight ratio and easy maneuverability.
Protection and Survivability
ARMA II features a modular armor structure that can be strengthened against possible threats, high protection against kinetic energy ammunition, mines, and improvised explosive (IED) threats. It is also equipped with a pressurized and/or mask-type CBRN protection system that provides a safe environment and uninterrupted operation for personnel. Specially designed seats reduce the effects of mines to a safe level.
Weapon Systems
The vehicle is suitable for the integration of various weapon systems ranging from 7.62 mm to 120 mm, making it an ideal platform for anti-tank and anti-aircraft missile systems.
