Arnold Schwarzenegger Believes He Has the Potential to Be a “Great US President”

Arnold Schwarzenegger, the iconic name in action cinema, has expressed his belief that he would make a great president of the United States. However, due to the legal requirement that the President must be a natural-born citizen, Schwarzenegger, who was born in Austria, would not be eligible to run for the highest office in the country. Nevertheless, he still believes he possesses the qualifications for the job.
Schwarzenegger, who not only had a successful film career but also served as the Governor of California, shared his thoughts with the BBC. He stated, “I feel like I would make a great president,” and credited his accomplishments to America. Despite his aspirations, Schwarzenegger acknowledged that it would be selfish to try and change the law.
In fact, he expressed his hope that a young person would become the new US President. Schwarzenegger emphasized the importance of having younger individuals leading the country, stating, “It’s kind of weird that we’re having a war between people in their late ’70s and early ’80s instead of younger people giving it a shot at this wonderful, wonderful business.”
Known for his legendary roles in films like “Conan the Barbarian” and “Terminator,” Schwarzenegger recently made a comeback in the action comedy genre with the “Fubar” series on Netflix. Additionally, he released a self-help book titled “Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life.”
Although Schwarzenegger may not be able to pursue his dream of becoming the US President, there is no doubt that his impact on the action cinema genre and his transformation from a bodybuilder to a successful actor and politician will continue to inspire many.
