Bishkek – The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has reported that the volume of remittances to the country in August 2024 amounted to $293.8 million. The main flow of remittances came from the CIS countries, totaling $276.7 million, while $17.1 million came from non-CIS countries.

As of the end of August, the volume of remittances from the Kyrgyz Republic reached $36 million. Of this amount, $29.9 million was sent to CIS countries, and $6.2 million to non-CIS countries.
