Authorities shut down two illegal petrol stations in Tokmak city
On February 1st, 2025, in the city of Tokmak, two illegal petrol stations were discovered and shut down during a raid to identify illegal points of sale of fuel and lubricants. The Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed the findings in a report.
The raid was conducted by the fire supervision service for Chui and Talas regions in collaboration with the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Tax Service, and the regional department of ecology and technical supervision. The operation led to the discovery of two illegal points of sale of gasoline and diesel fuel on Zhantayev Street.
After holding explanatory talks with the violators regarding the dangers of such unauthorized trade, the authorities confiscated about 200 liters of gasoline and documented their findings with acts of raid tax control. The owners of the illegal petrol stations will face administrative measures for their actions.
