Ayhan Bora Kaplan Threatens Trial Witness – Breaking News
There has been a new development in the “Ayhan Bora Kaplan Crime Organization” case in Ankara, as reported by CNN TÜRK. One of the defendants, Fethi Koyuncu, who is said to be the right-hand man of the organization’s leader Ayhan Bora Kaplan, filed a petition to benefit from effective repentance provisions. However, it was revealed that Kaplan threatened Koyuncu in prison by saying, “I will kill your mother,” according to a report prepared by the gendarmerie.
The case, which involves 61 defendants with 18 of them currently under arrest, is being heard at the Ankara 32nd High Criminal Court. In the latest hearing at the Sincan Penal Institution Campus, defendants Mahmut Gökhan Çanga and Hasan Can Saraçoğlu denied the allegations of being members of a criminal organization.
