
Azerbaijan partners with Uzbekistan in space education

A new partnership has been solidified between the Space Agency of Azerbaijan (Azercosmos) and Stars International University of Uzbekistan with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding. The purpose of this document is to enhance collaboration between the two countries in the fields of education, scientific research, and space sector development.
The agreement also aims to facilitate the exchange of expertise and knowledge in the space industry, as well as promote economic, industrial, scientific, technical, and technological cooperation in the ICT sector. Various opportunities for collaboration in different areas are expected to be explored under the terms of this agreement.
The signing ceremony took place during the Space Technology Conference (STC) in Baku, organized by Azercosmos. As part of the conference, Azercosmos inked around 10 Memorandums of Understanding with various entities.
This partnership marks a significant step towards fostering stronger ties between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan in the realm of space exploration and technological advancement. With shared goals and a commitment to cooperation, both parties are poised to achieve great strides in the field of space research and development.
