Azerbaijani Judokas Shine at European Championships in Montenegro
Azerbaijan’s Rashid Mammadaliyev has claimed a bronze medal at the European Judo Championships Senior Podgorica 2025 in Montenegro. Mammadaliyev secured the medal by defeating Hungary’s Daniel Szegedi in the 73kg weight class, showcasing his skill and determination on the mat.
This is not the only medal that Azerbaijan has taken home from the championships, as Ahmad Yusifov also earned a bronze in the men’s 60kg weight division. The Azerbaijani judokas have made their country proud with their impressive performances at the prestigious competition.
