Azerbaijani Oil Price Surpasses $68 on Global Market

The global price of Azerbaijan’s Azeri LT CIF oil has seen an increase, reaching $68.46 per barrel, marking a $1.32 or 1.97% rise, according to Report. In the meantime, June futures for Brent crude were being traded at $67.64 per barrel.

Additionally, the price of a barrel of Azerbaijani Azeri LT CIF oil on Free on Board (FOB) basis at Türkiye’s Ceyhan port has also grown by $1.30 or 1.99%, standing at $66.64.

It is important to note that the average oil price in Azerbaijan’s state budget for the year 2025 was established at $70 per barrel. The lowest price recorded for Azeri Light was on April 21, 2020, at $15.81, while the highest price of $149.66 was registered in July 2008.
