Bakyt Torobaev Appointed Head of Agriculture Ministry
On December 25, 2023, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, signed a decree appointing Bakyt Torobaev as the acting Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers — Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry.
