Tragic Accident in Bursa: Man Dies After Balcony Collapse
In a devastating incident in Bursa’s Osmangazi district, a 31-year-old man lost his life after the floor of the balcony he was standing on collapsed, causing him to fall from the 7th floor of his apartment building. Muzaffer Gümüş had gone out to the balcony to get some air in the evening when the tragic accident occurred.
Following the collapse, medical teams were immediately dispatched to the area, and Gümüş was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and passed away. His body was sent to his hometown of Rize for burial, as an investigation into the incident was launched by the Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The heart-wrenching moment of the accident was captured on a workplace security camera, which also showed a car narrowly escaping being trapped under the rubble as the balcony collapsed.
