The banking sector in Kyrgyzstan has seen a significant increase in the volume of new loans provided to individuals and businesses. According to a report from the Eurasian Development Bank, the volume of new loans provided by banks in Kyrgyzstan has increased by 39.9 percent.
Analysts attribute this growth to the rise in loans provided for consumer purposes, which contributed 18.5 percentage points to the overall credit growth dynamics. Additionally, the trade sector saw an increase in loans by 10.9 percentage points.
