The Union of Chambers of Turkish Cypriot Engineers and Architects (KTMMOB) and the organization of chambers of architects and engineers in the south of Cyprus, “Cyprus Science and Technical Chamber (ETEK)”, organized a technical tour in Famagusta.
According to the information provided by KTMMOB, UNDP experts also gave information about the structures during the technical tour, which was conducted by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and in partnership with the bi-communal Cultural Heritage Technical Committee, and included some structures whose conservation or restoration has been completed and is ongoing.
During the technical tour, attended by KTMMOB Chairman Seran Aysal, Agia Paraskevi Church, Latin St. George’s Church, Martinengo Bastion and Ravelin Gate. Participants were also given the opportunity to share their opinions at the event.
