Bay-Sen’s 23rd Annual General Assembly
The Bayrak Radio and Television Corporation Employees Union recently held its 23rd Ordinary General Assembly, where important discussions took place regarding the rights and future of BRT employees.
Union President İbrahim Kanat expressed his hopes for a beneficial election for all members, emphasizing that the main goal is to improve the rights of BRT employees. Hür-İş Federation President Ahmet Serdaroğlu highlighted the importance of a multi-nominated election for the General Assembly, stating that it is a fundamental aspect of democracy.
Serdaroğlu also emphasized the need for unity and continuity after the election, thanking the management of Bay-Sen for their collaboration thus far. He assured that the Federation will continue to work hand in hand with the new administration elected during the General Assembly.
During the assembly, reports on activities, general situation, and finances were presented and discussed. The election of the new chairman, board of directors, supervision, and disciplinary committees was scheduled to take place before 5:00 PM.
