Beginning Construction of 60-House Residential Complex in Kara-Balta City
Head of Presidential Affairs Department lays capsule at construction site of residential complex in Kara-Balta
On February 21, 2025, Kanybek Tumanbaev, the head of the Presidential Affairs Department, laid a capsule at the construction site of a 60-house residential complex in Kara-Balta. The complex, which will consist of buildings with 15 floors each, is designed to accommodate 4,420 apartments.
In addition to the residential buildings, the complex will also include 80 commercial premises, a school for 750 children, two kindergartens, a playground, a recreation area, and a parking lot for 2,064 cars. The houses will also feature their own boiler room.
This initiative aims to provide modern and comfortable housing options for residents in Kara-Balta. The development of this residential complex will contribute to the improvement of infrastructure and living standards in the area.
