Beşiktaş Referred to PFDK: Breaking News
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has made a decision to refer two football clubs to the Professional Football Disciplinary Board following their recent matches.
Firstly, Beşiktaş Club has been referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction due to its ‘ugly and bad cheer’ in the Beşiktaş – Alanyaspor Trendyol Super League match played on 21.12.2023.
Secondly, Şanlıurfaspor Club will be referred to PFDK in accordance with Article 46 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction and Article 117 of the Stadium Security Committee Instruction – Stadium Classification Sub-Details – due to its ‘act against the instructions’ in the Şanlıurfaspor – Çorum FK Trendyol 1st League match also played on 21.12.2023.
These referrals underscore the TFF’s commitment to maintaining fair play and sportsmanship within Turkish football. Both clubs will now have to await the decision of the Professional Football Disciplinary Board regarding any potential sanctions or penalties.
