
Bishkek Bike Ride set for April 28th

Cycling Season Opens in Bishkek
The city of Bishkek is gearing up for the opening of the cycling season on April 28th. According to the press service of the City Hall, a bike ride dedicated to the city’s birthday will kick off at 10 a.m. in the Park of Friendship of Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan. Registration will be open from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the starting point, with participants finishing in the park named after Urkuya Salieva.
In addition to the bike ride, a concert program is planned to entertain participants and spectators. The road along the bike ride route will be closed to traffic to ensure the safety of the cyclists.
Cycling enthusiasts and residents of Bishkek are encouraged to come out and join in the festivities as the city celebrates the start of the cycling season.
