In a recent meeting, Prime Minister Ünal Üstel welcomed the President of the Northern Cyprus Turkish Football Coaches Association, Hasan Topaloğlu, and members of the board of directors. The esteemed Undersecretary of the Prime Ministry in charge of sports, Hüseyin Cahitoğlu, also accompanied the Prime Minister during this gathering.
During the reception held at the Prime Ministry Hall of Honor, Prime Minister Üstel expressed his admiration for the Coaches Association’s significant contributions to the development of sports in the country. He commended the officials of the association for their hard work and dedication. Üstel emphasized that despite attempts to isolate the youth, the efforts of the Coaches Association have opened up new opportunities for young people in various fields. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to support the country’s sports within the limits of the financial budget.
President Topaloğlu of the Northern Cyprus Turkish Football Coaches Association highlighted his close monitoring of the government’s sports-related activities. He stated that the association organizes numerous seminars to foster the growth of sports in the country. Moreover, he announced plans to organize a seminar this year featuring Vincenzo Montella, the Coach of the Republic of Turkey National Football Team. Topaloğlu expressed his gratitude towards Prime Minister Ünal Üstel and Undersecretary Hüseyin Cahitoğlu for their ongoing support and dedication to the country’s sports.
