Cabinet Chairman Akylbek Japarov Meets with Bavarian Premier

The head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Japarov, recently met with Markus Söder, the Premier of the Federal State of Bavaria in Germany. The two leaders discussed the potential for further development of bilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and Bavaria, with a focus on cooperation in the areas of economy, education, and advanced technologies.
During the meeting, Akylbek Japarov highlighted the importance of strengthening economic ties between the two regions and emphasized the significant potential for implementing mutually beneficial projects. Markus Söder, on the other hand, expressed Bavaria’s openness to cooperation with Kyrgyzstan and willingness to consider new initiatives. He also emphasized the importance of joint projects in sustainable development, economy, and expanding business contacts between entrepreneurs from both sides.
Both parties expressed a keen interest in deepening trade, economic, and investment partnerships, as well as promoting the wider introduction of advanced German technologies in various sectors of Kyrgyzstan’s economy. The meeting took place during a working visit to Munich to participate in a meeting of the Kyrgyz-German Business Council and the Kyrgyz-German Business Forum “Kyrgyzstan’s Economy Day”.
Overall, the discussions signaled a promising future for enhanced collaboration between Kyrgyzstan and Bavaria, paving the way for mutually beneficial partnerships and shared economic growth.
