Chairman of the Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers inspects construction projects in Osh region
During a working visit to the Osh region, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Japarov, recently inspected the progress of several important construction projects. These projects include the construction of a bypass road around Uzgen, a new school in Osh city, and a plant in the Kara-Suu district.
A new general education school for 625 students is currently being built in the Zhibek-Zholu area of Osh city, with an estimated cost of 243.5 million soms. Interior decoration and electrical installation work are currently in progress in the two-story building.
Additionally, Akylbek Japarov visited the construction site of the Osh Taza Komur plant in the Yntymak rural district of the Kara-Suu district. This plant will focus on coal cleaning and brick production, creating around 350 new jobs in the area.
The Chairman also inspected the construction of a bypass road around Uzgen city, which is set to be completed by the end of the year. This road will serve as an alternative to the main Osh-Bishkek highway, providing a more efficient route that bypasses the city center. The road will be four-lane and will include two large bridges across the Kara-Darya River and the Zhazy River.
After inspecting these sites, Akylbek Japarov emphasized the importance of maintaining high-quality standards in construction work and urged construction companies to prioritize the quality of their projects.
Overall, these projects are vital for the development and infrastructure improvement in the Osh region, with the potential to create jobs and enhance transportation efficiency in the area.
