Chirchik Metal Construction Plant Sold for Nearly 40 Billion UZS
The Chirchik Metal Construction Plant, located in the city of Chirchik in the Tashkent region, was sold at an electronic auction on September 11 for 39.9 billion UZS. The auction lasted just 24 minutes, with UER Construction emerging as the winner with no other bids from participants.
The plant, spread over 4.6 hectares, was put up for sale along with all its equipment, vehicles, railway tracks, and a diesel locomotive. The investor is required to pay 50% of the final price within 10 days and the remaining amount within 6 months.
UER Construction, founded in April 2023 in Tashkent with an authorized capital of 1.2 billion UZS, specializes in the construction of engineering structures. The company’s founder is Akmalkhon Azamkhonovich Khaydarkhonov.
The decision to auction the Chirchik Metal Construction Plant was made in May of this year during a general meeting of creditors held in April 2023.
