CHP Congress Cases United: Lawsuits Combined in Court
The case involving the request for the cancellation of the extraordinary congress of the Republican People’s Party (CHP) has been brought to the 41st Civil Court of First Instance. This case has now been combined with the 42nd Court of First Instance.
According to CNN Türk correspondent Pasha Alyurt, the first hearing on the Ordinary General Assembly of the CHP recently took place. Subsequently, two delegates, Yilmaz Ozkanat and Hatip Karaaslan, filed a lawsuit requesting the cancellation of the Extraordinary Congress scheduled for April 6. These lawsuits have now been combined and will be seen together in court.
