The beautiful Chunkurchak jailoo will be the host of the Kymyz-Fest 2024 Festival on July 6. The Office of the Presidential Envoy to Chui region has reported this exciting event.
Starting at 10 a.m., participants and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy national melodies, sample delicious Kyrgyz cuisine, and taste the famous drink kymyz.
As part of the implementation of the Presidential Decree «On the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region,» solemn traditional events will be held during the festival.
“The festival will feature a wide range of vibrant performances, a variety of kymyz and Kyrgyz dishes, traditional crafts, a yurt town, and the thrilling games of Kyrgyz nomads. This event will truly immerse attendees in the culture and authentic life of the Kyrgyz people,” the statement explains.
