Companies distribute 21 billion soms in dividends to the state

Dividend revenues in Kyrgyzstan reached a record high in 2024, with a total of 21,376.4 billion soms generated by five joint-stock companies. The State Property Management Agency of Kyrgyzstan reported that this significant increase in dividend revenues has been a positive contribution to the country’s budget.

Leading the way in terms of dividend contributions were Kyrgyzaltyn JSC with 11,385 billion soms, followed by Aiyl Bank JSC with 5,420 billion soms, Eldik Bank JSC with 2.472 billion soms, Manas International Airport JSC with 1,013 billion soms, and Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC with 620,801 million soms.

The State Property Management Agency highlighted that dividend revenues have been on the rise since 2020 when the budget received 2,176 billion soms. This increase over a five-year period amounts to almost 19 billion soms, showcasing steady growth and financial stability.

As of December 20, 2024, a total of 31,824.9 billion soms were transferred from state property management to the republican budget, representing a 33.8 percent increase compared to the same period in 2023. This growth in revenue, with a total increase of 29 billion soms since 2020, demonstrates the positive trajectory of economic development in Kyrgyzstan.
