Completion of First Phase of Muras Residential Complex Set for 2024
Construction of the Muras residential complex at 91 Malikova Street in Bishkek is set to be completed in 2024, according to Tilek Dzheembaev, Deputy Chairman of the State Mortgage Company (SMC).
The first stage of construction, which consists of six 18-story buildings, is expected to be finished by the end of 2024. The entire complex is planned to have approximately 5,000 apartments built in three stages. These apartments will be offered on mortgage at rates of 4 and 8 percent per annum for up to 25 years to those who are on the online queue on the SMC website.
The second stage of construction began in early May, with an additional 11 buildings being constructed. The total area of the Muras residential complex spans almost 9 hectares and will include amenities such as a kindergarten, underground parking spaces, shops, cafes, medical facilities, and pharmacies on the basement and first floors. Additionally, residents will have access to a workout area and a children’s playground within the complex.
This development aims to provide affordable housing options for people in Bishkek and contribute to the city’s real estate infrastructure. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project.
