Construction of Multi-Story Residential Building Begins in Osh City
The municipal mortgage enterprise of the Osh City Hall has announced the commencement of construction of a multi-story building on Krasnoflotskaya Street No. 5-b, as reported by the press service of the City Hall.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by the Mayor of the city Bakytbek Zhetigenov, Deputy Prosecutor General Malik Bekturganov, along with other local officials and residents who participated in the laying of the capsule marking the start of construction.
The new residential building will consist of nine floors and a total of 278 apartments, with additional amenities planned such as parking and a playground for residents.
According to reports, 45 apartments will be allocated for employees of the prosecutor’s office as official housing, while the remaining units will be offered to the general population through the shared-equity construction program.
The completion of the residential building is scheduled for the end of 2027, providing much-needed housing options for residents of Osh City.
