Construction Begins on State Mortgage Housing Complex in Kant
Construction of state mortgage housing has officially kicked off in Kant town, according to a recent report by Kanybek Tumanbayev, the head of the Presidential Affairs Department, on Facebook. The new housing complex is set to feature 72 five-story blocks, comprising a total of 2,160 apartments and spanning an area of 27.8 hectares.
The development will also incorporate a school for 750 children, a kindergarten for 280 kids, a dedicated boiler room, modern water treatment and distribution facilities, solar panels, children’s playgrounds, a parking lot accommodating 1,290 cars, and numerous recreational zones.
This initiative underscores the efforts being made to expand affordable housing options for residents in Kant town. With such comprehensive amenities and facilities on offer, the state mortgage housing complex is poised to become a vibrant and inclusive community space for families and individuals alike.
