Construction Begins on State Mortgage Housing Complex in Kant

Construction of state mortgage housing has officially kicked off in Kant town, according to a recent report by Kanybek Tumanbayev, the head of the Presidential Affairs Department, on Facebook. The new housing complex is set to feature 72 five-story blocks, comprising a total of 2,160 apartments and spanning an area of 27.8 hectares.

The development will also incorporate a school for 750 children, a kindergarten for 280 kids, a dedicated boiler room, modern water treatment and distribution facilities, solar panels, children’s playgrounds, a parking lot accommodating 1,290 cars, and numerous recreational zones.
