Construction of $57 million trade and logistics complex in Jalal-Abad
A new trade and logistics complex is set to be constructed in Jalal-Abad, as reported by the Center for Public-Private Partnership. The project, which will be built on the grounds of the former Teltoru hippodrome, has a total investment of $57 million.
The PPP agreement for the construction project has already been signed, with MSK Group LLC serving as the private partner. This company will be responsible for financing the construction as well as overseeing the operation of the complex.
The new complex, which will cover an area of 20 hectares, is expected to include trade and logistics facilities along with modern infrastructure for the city’s residents. It is a significant development that promises to boost economic activity in the region.
According to the Ministry of Justice, Nurbek Ismailov is identified as the head and one of the founders of MSK Group. Other founders listed include Arzibek Tashtanov, Akylbek Kubatbekov, and Ruslan Ymankulov.
This initiative represents a step forward in the economic development of Jalal-Abad, offering new opportunities for growth and prosperity in the region.
