Construction Worker Trapped Underground in Tashkent Site
An incident occurred in the Dilbulok mahalla in the capital’s Yakkasaray district, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. On May 24, during welding work, a builder working in the foundation pit of a building under construction was trapped underground. Thankfully, Emergencies Ministry employees swiftly arrived at the scene and successfully rescued the worker from the dirt trap.
The man was promptly transported to the hospital, where it was determined that his life is not in danger. The quick response and actions of the emergency personnel played a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the trapped worker. The Ministry of Emergency Situations has reminded construction workers and employers to adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent such incidents in the future.
