Minister of National Education Announces Results of Contracted Teaching Interviews
Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin took to his social media account to announce that the results of the contracted teaching interviews will be revealed today at 22:00.
A total of 245 commissions in 20 provinces conducted the interviews, and Minister Tekin expressed that the assignment preferences will commence on November 14 and last until 16:00 on November 20, 2024. The official results will then be announced on November 23, 2024. Appointment decrees will be sent to the respective provinces to initiate the legal procedures for the newly appointed teachers.
Minister Tekin stated, “I hope that the results will be beneficial for our esteemed teacher candidates, their families, and the education community.”
Candidates who participated in the oral examination process between July 2 and August 10, 2024, can check their results via e-Government with their individual passwords starting at 22:00 today. The oral exam success scores were calculated based on a combination of 50% KPSS score and 50% oral exam score.
Due to ongoing legal disputes regarding the changes in the Regulation, the announcement of the results was delayed. However, after the Council of State rejected the requests for stay of execution, the Ministry decided to proceed with the announcement.
Candidates have the option to raise objections between October 28 and November 1, with the final decisions on objections being made by November 11. Following this, the appointment preferences will be accepted from November 14 to 20, with the official results being declared on November 23.
