
Crime Ring Member Arrested in Osh for Selling Synthetic Drugs

37-Year-Old Man Detained for Selling Synthetic Drugs in Osh Region
In a recent development, a 37-year-old man was apprehended in Osh region on suspicion of distributing synthetic drugs across the area. The State Service on Drug Control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs relayed this information to 24.kg news agency.
Authorities were tipped off about the individual selling the synthetic drug Alpha-PVP in Osh region. On January 15th, law enforcement officers successfully captured the suspect, identified as 37-year-old D.A.R., who was listed with the Ministry of Internal Affairs as part of a drug syndicate. Upon his arrest, a bag containing drugs was confiscated from the suspect.
A case has been initiated under the article “Illegal production of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogues for the purpose of sale” of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The man has been placed in a temporary detention center while investigations are still ongoing.
