DAESH Operation Leads to 89 Arrests in 17 Provinces
Security forces in Turkey have successfully carried out operations in 17 provinces, including Antalya, Istanbul, and Kahramanmaraş, targeting individuals affiliated with the terrorist organization DAESH. Minister Yerlikaya, along with the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office and the General Directorate of Security, coordinated the efforts of the Department of TEM, Provincial Police Departments, and other law enforcement agencies to apprehend suspects involved in terrorist activities.
A total of 89 suspects were arrested during the operations, all of whom were believed to have ties to DAESH.
