The Application Conditions for Contracted Personnel Positions
In order to apply for contracted personnel positions in accordance with Law No. 657, individuals must meet certain conditions as specified below:
a) Applicants must meet the conditions outlined in subparagraphs (4), (5), (6), and (7) of paragraph (A) of the first paragraph of Article 48 of Law No. 657.
b) Candidates must have graduated from the desired department for the position they are applying for by the application deadline. It is important to note that applications from candidates who have graduated at an education level higher than the required level for the position, and who have a KPSS score at this higher level, will not be accepted.
c) Applicants should not be eligible to receive retirement, old-age, or disability pension from any social security institution.
d) As per Article 4/B of Law No. 657, individuals employed in contracted personnel positions will be exempt from the termination date if their contracts are terminated by their institutions due to a violation of service contract principles, or if they terminate the contract unilaterally. However, they will only be eligible to reapply for contracted personnel positions after one year has passed from the termination or non-renewal of their contract.
In order to be considered for contracted personnel positions, it is essential for applicants to meet all of the aforementioned conditions.
