USA Drops First Aid Supplies to Gaza – Breaking News

The US Army Sends Humanitarian Aid to Gaza by Air
In a show of support for the people of Gaza, the US army recently conducted its first humanitarian aid drop to the region by air. US officials revealed that the aid drop was executed using three C-130 aircraft, with more than 35,000 meals being airdropped to those in need.
The White House has assured that this air aid will be a continuous effort, and that Israel has expressed its support for the initiative. Additionally, other countries such as France, Egypt, and Jordan have also contributed by airlifting aid to Gaza.
The United Nations (UN) Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs has reported that over 576 thousand people in the Gaza Strip, equivalent to a quarter of the region’s population, are at risk of famine. The UN has cited “overwhelming obstacles” hindering the delivery of aid, as many residents are resorting to feeding on animal food to survive. Health officials have also expressed concern over cases of malnutrition and dehydration, particularly highlighting the impact on children.
As the humanitarian crisis in Gaza continues to worsen, it is crucial for global efforts to provide support and assistance to those in need. Stay updated on this developing situation by following NTV on social media.
