Deadline Approaching: Renewing ÇKS Registration for Farmer Registration System (ÇKS) 2025 – Last Minute Turkey News
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry’s new regulation on amendments to the Farmer Registration System Regulation has officially come into effect after being published in the Official Gazette. This regulation sets the deadline for Farmer Registration System (ÇKS) applications for the 2025 production year to end on December 31, with applications opening on September 1.
Under the cooperation protocol for data entry into the ÇKS and acceptance of files, the Union of Chambers of Agriculture of Turkey and authorized chambers of agriculture will be providing services. The Ministry will determine the provinces and their duties and responsibilities within this scope.
For farmers looking to renew their ÇKS registration, applications can be submitted through e-Government. This allows registered farmers to easily and securely renew their registration without the need to visit provincial and district directorates of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
The ÇKS certificate, also known as the farming certificate, is an official document provided by chambers of agriculture. It serves as proof that the holder is engaged in agriculture as a profession. This certificate is only given to individuals who are actively involved in farming, making it an important document in the agricultural sector.
