I am writing to address the recent dissemination of false and baseless claims through media outlets on January 7, 2025, accusing P. Tsagaan and his son of funding anti-government protests and gatherings. As the lawyer and attorney representing P. Tsagaan, I must express my deepest regrets regarding these defamatory statements.
