Deputy Cabinet Chairman Bakyt Torobaev Signs Agreement with China to Boost Exports

In 2023, trade between the two countries reached $20 billion, demonstrating a significant growth in trade relations. Additionally, Bakyt Torobaev held discussions with the Minister of Transport of China, Li Xiaopeng, where they agreed to increase the quota for trucks crossing the border. A total of 40,000 vehicles will be permitted to enter and exit from each side until the end of the year.

These developments highlight the ongoing efforts to strengthen economic ties between Kyrgyzstan and China, opening up new opportunities for trade and collaboration between the two nations.
