Diplomatic Briefing in Tashkent Honors Turkmenistan’s Yearly Motto
The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Uzbekistan recently organized a briefing in Tashkent to commemorate the declaration of 2024 in Turkmenistan as the year of “The Fount of the Mind of Magtymguly Fragi”.
The event was attended by various dignitaries including representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the diplomatic corps accredited in Uzbekistan, creative figures, and scientific intelligentsia.
During the briefing, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan Shadurdy Meredov shared the outcomes of 2023, which was marked by the motto “Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar”. He also highlighted the fact that on Turkmenistan’s initiative, the UN General Assembly adopted 4 resolutions in the previous year.
In the year 2024, Turkmenistan will celebrate the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great poet and thinker, Magtymguly Fragi, and it will be held under the motto “The Fount of the Mind of Magtymguly Fragi”.
