Domestic Flights at Tashkent Airport Moved for Uzbekistan Paralympic Team’s Arrival
The Uzbekistan Paralympic team’s outstanding performance at the XVII Summer Paralympic Games in Paris has garnered well-deserved recognition and praise. To honor their achievements, a special reception ceremony is scheduled for their return to Tashkent Airport on September 9.
In light of this event, Uzbekistan Airports JSC has made arrangements for several domestic flights to be operated from the international terminal of Tashkent Airport. Departures include flights to Urgench, Bukhara, and Termez by Silk Avia, as well as a flight to Urgench by Uzbekistan Airways. Arriving flights include journeys from Nukus, Namangan, Bukhara, and Kokand.
The Uzbekistan Paralympic team’s exemplary performance in Paris saw them secure a total of 10 gold, 9 silver, and 7 bronze medals, propelling them to an impressive 13th place overall in the medal standings. This reception ceremony serves as a fitting tribute to their hard work and dedication, celebrating their success on the international stage.
